Im 5'5 -188 and chose a medium. I wore it to the gym and did three machines. Sweat pours from the arm and leg holes. Id buy this again in the short sleeve. The only annoying piece of the item is the snap button once its zipped completely up. You have to wear a shirt under it to keep from it rubbing across your neck.

The fit was great and I normally sweat when I workout but this suit made me sweat 10x more!!!! My socks were soaked after my workout! I wish the sweat drip could be more contained but I am absolutely happy and will order another one!

All in one sweat suit! This slimming suit takes the place of all the pieces I apply on for my work out. I highly recommend buying this if you are looking to sweat off some pounds. I wasn't sure how the suit was going to fit, so I ordered one size larger and it's very comfortable to wear during my work out.

I've used different brands before and this one is for sure THE BEST.I am addicted to the sauna and all benefits that come with it. Since we moved from Europe to the USA I don't have a chance to use it as often as I want. I am using sauna suits for 5 years now, but this one made a change. It is like I've actually spent quality time in the sauna. If you need to lose weight and detoxify at the same time this product is a MUST HAVE. Great fit, high quality stretching material. Design is flattering the body figure.

I am 5'9 and 245 lbs, the suit is not for larger lower body.
