Toilet itself gets 5 stars, installation related engineering gets 1-2 stars. There are several problems with the way this toilet was designed.1st the bolts are too thick to fit in my toilet flange. I had to file them down. They were zinc coated for water protection, however now they will trust apart as no coating.I almost used standard bolts, however this toilet requires a plastic tab to be secured to the bolts and the hole on the tab fits the supplied bolts.The nuts provided aren't locking nuts, and of course over time they will loosen up. Problem is with the design of this toilet you can tighten the nuts without completely removing the toilet and wax ring. I put lock tihht on them.Due to the wide base you can't see where to line up the wax ring when you set the toilet, even with someone laying on the floor it's hard to see. Just have to guess.The toilet is screwed horizontally into the plastic tab with wood screws, one screw each side. Not only did this not really secure the toilet to the ground as it still can be moved side to side, but wood screws on plastic? I don't see that lasting long. Since it's screwed horizontally tightening the screw doesn't pull the toilet base tight to the ground. Hope your floor is perfectly level and plan on using shims.The supply hose is concealed by the base of the toilet, looks nice, but if your toilet is close to the wall you better put the hose on before insulation and don't plan on ever removing it without taking the whole toilet off first.I hope this thing lasts a long time because it was a pain to install

This toilet is the exact style my fiancé and I were looking for on our bathroom remodel. We have a very small powder room, and the one piece modern looks is not only easier to clean than other toilets but looks very sharp. We love the toilet so much we bought a second one for our upstairs bathroom. Even though they are smaller in dimension, they don't feel like small toilets. the soft close toilet bowl and porcelain construction makes this toilet feel like something that cost double the amount. One thing to note, our contractor installed both toilets for us, and while they are standard rough in plumbing, both of our bathrooms water lines (which I believe were standard) had to be re-run about 4-6 inches in order to accommodate these toilets. I would definitely have it installed by a professional/plumber and be ready to have to possibly cut into your drywall in order to extend your current water line. The end result is definitely worth it and we are extremely satisfied with the toilet. Shipping from amazon was great, the toilet was brought by freight on the day we requested and I was there to sign for the toilet. They brought it right into my house which is great because the toilet is about 100 pounds. Overall, love it, and would order it again in a heartbeat.

I have purchased two of these so far, for two different bathroom renovations in my house. We first needed a smaller toilet for our powder room to save space, and loved it so much, we bought another one for our master bath. It is modern looking, with nice clean lines. I love that the base is all one piece, so I no longer have to get under it to clean the back or around those caps that collect all the gunk. It does have a shorter seat base, which saves a nice amount of space, however, it is not uncomfortable to sit on. My husband and I are both tall (5'7'', and 6'3''), and we both sit on it comfortably and did not even notice it was a smaller seat. It flushes well and is pretty quiet. I will buy a third for the last bathroom eventually!

Bought 3 for new house build. Plumber installed for us. Nice small foot print which was needed for the half bath. Water conservation features.

Some of the parts were missing so I had to contact the manufacturer. They were hard to communicate with and were pretty slow at getting back to me. Once they sent the missing parts everything went well. But, if I had been in a hurry, this would not have worked. Also, the add makes it seem like the toilet comes from the U.S., but it comes from China.

Beautiful toilet with skirted body and compact to give clearance for my shower door opening without giving up seat comfort and seat height. The seller's customer service is fantastic. I would definitely do more business with them.

It comes pretty much fully assembled. Looks and works great!
