Quality part easy to use.

No complaints or concerns. They seem to be of comparable quality of more expensive ones. I would purchase these again.

I got these for my wife who finds all things mechanical challenging. No threading or assembly involved. The retraction feature is perfect for her. I liked them so much I put my old ones in storage and bought a second pair for my use.

I like how it retracts. The webbing is thin and I worry it has no strength in reserve.

Liked it what I used it for. If someone wants to do the same thing I got a string for one side a second string for the other side a tarp cut it to size ring it to reinforce the tarp and two of these I used to trees near each other to put string around top bottom and one side string right to tarp the other is string around tree top and bottom and these to make shore tightness to screen for projector

These are just irreplaceable for versatility and ease of use. I used many different ones before and I had big problems. (1) They were hard to tighten adequately--not these. (2) They were hard to loosen--not these. (3) They could not be tightened over their full length because the material could not totally fit on the spool (ha ha, fooled ya!!)--not this one. (4) When not being used, they were hard to store because all the strap fabric would not retract onto the spool--not these. I threw away all my other ratchet straps. These cost a bit more, but are well worth it for what you will save in time and hassle. Five of these beauties now live in my truck. I own two different sizes now and love them. I have a little carpal tunnel syndrome, and these make my life easier.

I have had two of these tie downs for over a year now. THEY ARE AWESOME! The auto retractable feature is great and it hasn't stopped working (which was one of my biggest fears when buying this product). In fact I am planning on buying two more but maybe the 10 foot instead of 6 foot to allow for larger items to be strapped down. LOVE THIS PRODUCT!

Was good the first few time.. and let go.. it will not roll in when u press the button.it would of been 5 star but do to using it like 5 times and let go.. 1 star.
