Okay so I'm 5'4" and about 248lbs. I usually have to go for a 6x but I wanted to see what the 5x was like. I tried it on and it was a tight fit but in a good way! I could literally feel it holding everything in. It does make you sweat and I wear it everywhere! The sleeves were a bit too loose but other than that I am pleased

I’m 135lbs 5”1” , the vest fits great around the arms but zipping it up I have a little issue, I would say size up. I ordered a medium and it fits more less like a small. I do really like the length of the vest also while zipping up I would recommend hooking it first then zipping it, makes it easier. I use this vest while in the sauna and yes it does make you sweat

Love this vest.... I was literally dripping sweat after my workout! I put the vest on and then put my waist trainer on over it, great results so far. I oreder a 2X I could've ordered a size down for a more snug fit but putting my waist trainer on over it gives the perfect fit. I don't have any complaints about the vest, the material it's made out of is of good quality, I wipe it down with a wash cloth & soap and hang it to dry. Ps, a person mentioned the torso length being short but I think the length is fine(I'm 5'11" 198lbs).

Only got a few wears out of this before the zipper popped off.

I wanted to love this but I just can’t. I don’t know why the top doesn’t zip all the way up. I don’t like having the hook at the top. I would love it if it came up above the breast and just zipped up without that hook.

It was perfect for the workout intended. The fit was great and it gave a good sweat.

I wear a size 14/16 shirt, ordered size XXL and I am very satisfied with the fit. It really does enhance sweating but the 2 things I like the most are: the fact that it covers some of the upper arm and it has a hook at the top of the zipper. ( this keeps it from unzipping while you're working out) I will definitely be purchasing another one.
