Nice bar for the money but QA was out to lunch when mine was made!
It has a good amount of light for the size but needs good cooling due to that. Mine kept shutting off after a bit if it wasn't moving. I took it apart as all good Electronics Technicians would do. The heat sink surface of the case was painted and there was a blob of adhesive separating the circuit board from the case as well. After removing the paint and cleaning it up, applying a proper coating of heat sink compound, reassembling and testing the unit, it works great. Wife said I turned a $40 light bar into a $140 light bar. At least now I'm sure it won't have any more thermal problems. No problems with condensation behind the cover yet. Novel way they plan to keep it out.
