Pricey for what it is…but works great!

I've been tinkering with watch repair now for a year or so and have started to upgrade to Bergeon tools when I can. I was looking forward to adding a quality tool to my arsenal with this pin remover. Unfortunately, it was broken within 5 minutes of unboxing. The pin pusher snapped off making the unit entirely unusable. Very disappointed.

This little pin Vice is accurate in lining up the bracelet pins but not strong enough to remove some link pins on some bracelets

This tool works perfectly in helping you resize your watchbands with link removals. Precisely engineered and works great everytime.

I Love this brand, but this product it is really bad, broke at the first use.

I purchased this to size a Rolex bracelet...only to find it won't work for that. But...it will work for many other watch bands in the house.

In the picture, the bottom link pin remover is unbranded and cost about $2USD a number of years ago, whereas at the top is the $22USD Bergeon link pin remover that was used about 3 times before it disintegrated. Shameful piece of kit. I use this with a loop and use it often as I share watches with my wife which means I have to re-size bracelets relatively often.

Das Werkzeug habe ich mir besorgt, um die Stahl-Armbänder meiner Uhr und der meiner Partnerin zu kürzen. Hat super funktioniert und das Werkzeug ist immer noch in Ordnung. Beim Ansetzen muss man Vorsicht walten lassen und sollte nicht verkannten, sonst kann sich der Stift des Austreibers verbiegen bzw. brechen.
