Ordered for my mother-in-law for Christmas. The 15x is technically upside down until you put your face right up on it. That was difficult for her to understand. The 15x is so so so so magnified. I think I could have ordered a 10x magnified amount and it would have been fine.

I bought this mirror a year ago and have LOVED it! I am in HRT and have to pluck whiskers daily. The magnification and light are perfect but my grandchildren recently demolished my plug. So I had to order a new mirror. The first one they sent had a plug connector that was too big for the receptacle on the mirror so I put in a request for return…and a replacement. The replacement arrived before I had a chance to return the first one. The replacement had a broken might switch AND no plug at all😖so I tried using the plug in the first order on my oldMirror and it worked. So I am returning the second box and keeping the first one for the plug connector. I am too busy to keep ordering until I get a complete and working set so basically I am paying $133 for a new plug but I have not been able to find a magnification and light any better than this one. Amazon is great to work with and I wish Danielle could get their quality control issues fixed!

Great mirror for seeing fine spots on the face and flipping for seeing hair and the bigger picture.

I’ve loved my last three 12x Zadro lighted mirrors but the touch power base always develops issues. Plus, I really wanted a little more magnification to look inside my pores. Unfortunately, there aren’t many choices available. I decided to try this Danielle 15x magnification, and I’m glad I did, but there’s definitely a learning curve.. You need to put your face very close to the mirror (directions say 3-4 inches away) and it’s hard to get a clear image, though this gets better with practice. I don’t have any such problem with the Zadro 12x mirror, so I’m not sure whether it’s the high magnification that’s the issue or just that the Zadro is a better quality glass. The Zadro is also larger and has brighter lighting. As for this Danielle mirror: I bought an “open box” item (I can understand why they get so many returns) — the box was ripped and taped shut but the inner packaging was fine and the only “issue” was that the decorative power switch cover had fallen off, but that was very easily popped back on, so save the money and buy an opened box!Bottom line: if you are new to using high-magnification mirrors, I’d recommend going with the Zadro 12x or even 10x magnification. it has a larger mirror area and brighter lighting. If you really want the extra magnification, this one’s OK but it definitely takes some getting used to. Unfortunately it’s the only decent option I’ve found for 15x.

The led light wasn’t bright enough for the orice. Plus the on and off switch knob easily fell off.

This is the 2nd mirror I purchase, I have terrible eye site, the mirror plug connection goes bad and won’t work.. at the price of this item, it should last …can’t even contact the manufacturer.

I was nervous about getting this mirror... I wanted to use it for getting rid of facial hairs... It's really bright and you can see up close.. I think it might be too much magnification for average makeup applications but for my uses, it is wonderful and effective

I do know that I could have returned this mirror, but I chose to donate it to a neighbor. The magnifying mirror was very small and difficult to adjust the distance when using it to apply my makeup. The over all mirror (other side of mirror) was great. This mirror arrived with a broken knob and had a few dents on the base part. I am just glad that a neighbor can use it.
