LICENSE BACK PLATE BLACK

Very sturdy and solves the cracking from vibration problem. $30 is overkill but this is the only black backing plate on the market. I like the look of the black. Paint is a black powder coat with no gloss. It’s about 1/8” thick which is perfect. The backing plate is almost the exact size of the license plate. It barely sticks out around the edges which is what I wanted.

Exactly what I was looking for. Very strudy and kooks nice. Priced too high though that's why I'm giving it a 4 star.

This was a thick back plate that would hold my license plate with nothing else holding it up except the 2 bottom bolts

I was looking for a nice looking thick plate of metal to support my license plate and frame on my Vulcan 900 which was only being supported to the bike by two screws. With the license plate and frame only, there would be enough flex to crack and break the plate and frame. Now with this plate supporting them, I no longer have that issue. The plate arrived in great condition and the black anodized paint was well done. The holes aligned properly for my Texas plate and the frame so I had no issue with installation.

This is perfect product for placing your license plate on I used it as a back support when I cut the extra reflectors and light from the back of my 2015 yamaha stryker. I also added a frame with LED's to light the plate up. I just bought a 2nd one for the same purpose on my 1997 triumph t595 project bike. If you looking the mode the license plate this is awesome support.

These are "small" backing plates for motorcycles. The pictures on their page look like they are for standard sized license plates.

Texas recently went to the 'one tag' or sticker system... My old plate backer was steel and had a place for the inspection sticker which is no longer required... This is aluminum, a bit thicker and works well... The holes were in the right place and it looks good... Recommended...

Bit pricey, but sturdy and light. Looks great. Good quality.
