Les Mills SMARTBAR G2 3.7kg weight plate (single)

I have taught in many gyms and used different bodypump equipment, this bar (and the extra plates) are by far the best. Especially for home use. Because.... they ARE expensive and I can't afford to buy the extra weights that I normally use in the gym. E.g. for squats I use all my weight plates on the bar and then I have to use a large plate for squat with overhead presses. It is super quick to get the plates off this bar (compared to the ones with clips in the end). I know it is a lot of money (for the bar and initial plates) but I am glad I splurged, it really makes body pump classes easier to do at home. And for this 3.7 kg plate - it is AMAZING. I really needed a plate between the 2.5 kg and the 5 kg plates. It is such a big jump to e.g. do biceps curls with 2.5 and then want to challenge myself and go up to 5 kg. This 3.7kg makes the challenge a little more achievable.

I love these! I don't have a smart bar yet but I needed something between 5 and 10 pounds for bicep tracks and I'm so happy I purchased these. Very well made. Exac
