Really useful bag - selected after much online research as it can hold enough for a 4-5 day work trip but can be easily carried onto an airplane. One of the zippers was broken when I got the bag, and a couple of months later the shoulder strap tore off. Contacted customer support - and have heard nothing back. So would give the bag 5 stars for functionality, but 1 star for quality and post-sales support.

Must be mislabeled, it isn't carry-on size, unless you quadruple fold it, at which point it doesn't stay folded and won't hold anything. Returned.

I bought this for my Husband who travels all the time, I figured he can put everything in one carry on and go. Some air lines may hassel about the size for a carry on as it is on the bigger size.

Great bag!Enormous pockets!Easy to carry!I loaded 14kilos of clothes in it and flew trans Atlantic. Highly recommended for travellers like me - I had tuxido, black suite, number of dress shirts, 3 jeans, 3 pair of shoes, t-shirts...and still there was room!!!Many additional pockets so the space is used very efficient.It looks cool too.

Bag not the best quality from supposedly one of the better luggage companies. The zippers have fallen off the bag after 4 flights and did not even make it for half a year.
