Cute
So. After a horrible time with amazon delivery (took them 2 days longer to deliver this) I have finally used it.Not using this as a “kettle” but more of a tea brewer. Just put it on my electric stove whilst I do my dishes or whatever while my tea brews. I was using a Turkish Cezve (included photos of both) before and it would take so long to heat and there was no lid. This is a little faster and while it doesn’t look it, a little bigger.Pros: it’s just like the seller described. Small and really cute.I’m actually using it to brew tea, so medium heat on an electric range.Like I said it’s small, maybe 3 cups, but wide enough I can get my hand inside and wash it. To me that was a must. Also doesn’t whistle!Cons:Maybe cause I set it on a medium fire and leave it till my tea is ready it took a while to boil. Maybe 10 minutes(?) didn’t really pay attention. The handle and the lid got hot too. Also the goose neck spout pours out slowly, but I guess that’s good to reduse spills. All in all: if you’re looking for something small, aesthetically pleasing, yet easy to clean. This is for you.Gave it 4 stars is for just cause the lid and the handle get hot. Other than that the one time I got to use it I loved it!

Better quality than ecpected.
Everything works great. Better quality (for its price) than I expected in terms of material thickness, color-coating, smoothness, overall shape, etc. Others reviews mentioned that it has a small footprint and when heating it on stove top, the handle can get very hot. This has been the same experience for me as well.I use it for a different purpose than most other owners. Most use it for coffee or tea, I am using it for cooking, Asian cooking. There is a certain Asian cooking process that calls for pouring steaming hot oil on food. The configuration of the pot makes pouring controllable amount of hot oil a more manageable task. However, the problem with the overheated handle gets amplified, because heating oil requires higher heat that coffee. The only thing that did not work well for me, is that oil is very slowly making its way at the seam where the neck is connected to the main body of the pot. There is only a very slight amount of oil sipping through. I notice it after two days of leaving oil inside the pot, and the bottom of the pot was oily. You won't notice any 'action' of oil sipping through. I will not complain about it because it is not designed for heating or holding boiling hot oil. You probably won't see this 'problem' when using it only to heat and pour water, especially if it is not holding the liquid overnight.

Perfect for small kitchens.
I have a small kitchen with limited counter space and needed a cheap, basic gooseneck kettle for my morning coffee. This is just perfect for 1-2 cups! The stream was steady and precise for my pour over and planning to double it's function and use it to water my plants. It's roughly the height of a standard 12oz coffee mug and, when full, holds about 20oz of liquid (in Starbucks speak it's the height of a Tall Latte but holds a Venti Americano).Minor drawbacks: 1) the smaller size requires precise placement on my stovetop or it tilts, 2) the wooden handle's edges are a bit sharp for my taste 3) it doesn't whistle or make any other noise when the water's ready, and 4) it WILL boil over through the spout if filled too much.

Be cautious
This is a cute gooseneck kettle. Be careful with placing on the stove top as the handle is a plastic material and can overheat and morph when touched. Also the lid does not have any cool-tough tech so that will be very hot as well. So if you are generally careless this is not the kettle for you.I purchased it because of it's aesthetics and it looks exactly like the picture, so I'm happy with it.

Beautiful but not functional
This kettle is gorgeous with the matte black color and wood handle, but when you go to boil water after about 4 minutes it starts spitting out hot water from the spout. You really have to watch it since there is no whistle and if you wait for it to go to full boil it will shoot hot water out of the spout everywhere. It really doesn't make sense how this was overlooked when it was designed.

Excellent value + quality
Purchased this because I couldn't bring myself to spend $80+ on a Fellow Stagg. The materials feel high quality, the lid fits well and the thermometer is accurate. I also really like the 750ml size. I agree that the handle could have been shorter, but on a gas range, melting the handle is avoided by simply turning down the flame (as I would with any kettle.)

Great Kettle
My only complaint is that the handle does heat up sometimes too. so be careful before grabbing it

Good for the price
We are power users, several of these a days and after a few weeks the paint inside has started to peel. It is still usable, you get what you pay for but this is a good deal.

Induction cooktop compatible
I'm thrilled with the speedy delivery of this item, which is exactly what I was looking for. It's compact and works perfectly on my induction portable cooktop. I highly recommend this Gooseneck Kettle.

Definitely worth it & Works as advertised!
We use this product primarily for pour-over coffee coupled with our Hario V60 Carafe. Highly recommended as the thermometer comes in handy to ensure peak filter coffee experience. Also, the non stick surface on the side is great to keep the kettle clean. You can just wipe it down with a paper towel quite easily. The goose-neck is fantastic as well for pour over as you can control its pour and slow things down really well, however if you need a faster pour, you might not get the velocity you require to empty a large bit of liquid in short time. Also, the other thing that bothers me about the kettle is the fact that if a flame is too close to the plastic handle, it gets super warm/hot to touch. Not the best design choice in hindsight.
