These Trademark Innovations speed hurdles have been a fantastic addition to our girls’ plyometric and speed training. We use them regularly to work on explosive movements, quick footwork, and agility—all crucial for volleyball and overall athletic performance. They’re lightweight but sturdy, and they stay upright during fast-paced drills, even on uneven surfaces like grass or turf. The bright orange color is easy to see during workouts, and they’ve held up great with frequent use. My teen athletes especially love using them for plyo drills like lateral hops, single-leg bounds, and speed ladders with hurdle combos. They help build power and coordination without taking up much space, and they stack easily for storage when we’re done. They’re also super easy to clean—just wipe them off if they get dusty or muddy, and they’re good as new. These small 'hurdles' are good for footwork drills (for any age), and plyometrics for young kids. You see similar products in a lot of training videos for soccer and other sports, and I found that it was a fun way for my kids to do some jump training (we also have a soft plyo box and an agility ladder so we set up a little 'obstacle course'). My three year old can jump over the single hurdles and my five year old can use two for longer jumps or do other drills with them. I also used them with a 4/5 soccer practice (as the coach) and the kids were able to run through the hurdles without much difficulty, and when they missed none of the hurdles broke. Good product that should hopefully last for a while. Easy to transport, and price was fair.

These are very sturdy. Our 100yo goal keeper needed something to help her be more agile and these hurdles did the trick. Of course the skills training has to be there, but these tools really put the spring in her step. I would recommend these to everyone, and they are MUCH BETTER built than the Skilz equivalent. We use them for skills training while soccer is on hold due to Covid-19. Our kids use these in a myriad of ways! Great tools for players and coaches alike. These are must have!

I purchased these hurdles to help train my boys for soccer, and they work great for quickness and agility drills. The only downside is that they arrived in just a plastic wrap inside the Amazon box—I would have preferred a storage bag for convenience when not in use.
