If the cartridge wasn’t broken both times I ordered it, they probably would have been fine. Can’t do much with a broken toner cartridge sent to me. I thought it would just happen once but they sent a replacement and it was broken also. Need to work on their quality assurance. Never ever got to try them in my printer to see what kind of quality they were.

This cartridge doesn't even last as long as the HP 05A (or whatever the regular life cartridge is) but it is still way cheaper than that one, so in the long run the savings is not as much as one would think. If it lasted the same as the OEM 05X it is a generic for it would be 5 stars and a great value, but when compared to the HP OEM it last maybe only 25%-50% as long. I usually get about 7-8 months on a HP. With this generic I get about 3 months before needing to be changed.

A great price and it works just like an expensive cartridge.
