The ink bottles leak like a sieve from the caps.Yea the product works great, but if the ink leaks out on your carpet there goes a grand.You have to store the bottles in a bag upright or they will leak.If they would fix the bottles this would be worthy of five stars.

I needed to move chips and get a resetter, still saves me tons!

Ordered in August because I was tired of paying so much money every couple of months on printer ink, keep in mind I use my printer sparingly. This product is awesome, the colors are great, I will never go back to paying for Brother brand ink. Was a little nervous about filling cartridges on my own, but it is definitely as easy as described. I have not had to refill the cartridges since August! Would definitely recommend this product and will definitely buy again.

Do not buy if you value your time or money. The black ink this time is faulty and plugged my Brother J6920DW printer even though the first time I used this same product the LC-109 size cartridges and ink worked in the printer.

These carts worked great on my Brother MFC-J450DW (purchased in March 2015). 2 other brands I had purchased for this printer did not work even though they were guaranteed to. So glad these did! They "click in" a bit tougher that the OEM carts, but just followed directions (included) and reinstalled them very slowly until they clicked in. Thanks!
