PlantationOrganic Blackstrap Molasses 24x 15 Oz

I've baked with blackstrap molasses for nearly 40 years. My preferred brand is Plantation. Blackstrap molasses (from what I understand) is taken from the bottom of the residue during the refining of sugar and therefore has the best nutrients that are lost to sugar in the refining process. I use it whenever I need molasses in baking, not just for its nutritive value, but also for its taste. It adds a richer flavor to the gingerbread cookies I make as well as shoofly pie. I've always been happy with the quality of Plantation blackstrap molasses, and I'm especially glad they offer an organic product.
