Apparently not - the phone that arrived is a single SIM, not hybrid sim as advertised, and the IMEI number indicates it was made for the US market (Verizon). The only thing UK about it is the charger

Hi there! This will be possible. When you scan your fingerprint, it will ask you to move the angle of your finger, so it has scanned a large area of the fingerprint.
