Delicious!! Complex flavor with depth. Much better than curry paste (Taste of Thai and other brands that cater to non-Thai consumers) found in most grocery stores.

Perfection
The PERFECT massaman curry base. It's a HUGE jar so you can get 2 bit pots out of this easily. I resealed mine and popped it in the fridge to keep longer. The other ( I bought 2) is hanging out in my pantry. Very, Very easy to use for those new to Massaman!
