Fantastic Stuff.
This stuff tastes fantastic. It is not as “salty” as other store bought salts so you will have to add more but it creates a flavor and balance that other common salts just cannot match. I love it and use it whenever I need to salt a personal dish rather than an entire pot. Too expensive for that.
