Cal Lighting SH-8109-17-KF 11 in. Vertical Basic Coolie Linen Hardback Shade, Kraft

This replaced a shade the grandkids had busted and it works beautifully. The original shade was "parchment" (from Restoration Hardware 15+ years ago) and there don't seem to be parchment in any size but chandelier, and I hate the common burlap. The Empire shape and color were most important. This fit the bill perfectly once I found the right harp for it. Beautifully made and very affordable compared to similar shades I found online!

Color was off, but my main complaint is taking TEN emails and SIX WEEKS for OJCommerce to give me even an 80% refund. However you feel about the shade I implore you choose a different supplier than this seller-from-hell.

Great, quality product.

This shade replaced a similar shade that had broken. It is essentially a thick kraft paper shade with a spider crossbar glued to the sides. I think the shade is a bit expensive for the material and quality, but I wanted an exact copy and couldn’t find it locally. The shade gives a soft amber glow and is sturdy enough. It was shipped adequately, which was a concern since it is so delicate. Overall a decent shade for an inexpensive look.

Bought a lamp shade for $33.00 and it did not fit my lamp. It would have cost $54.00 to return it through USPS.Company said I should have noted their return policy and sent me on my way. I would have never ordered it from this company if I knew the return policy. Don't order through them unless your absolutely sure you want it. First and last time I do business with this company.
