Had to buy another
Not knowing how powerful this was I bought just one to test.Once I plugged it in I decided I wanted more so I ordered a second!Considering it's only 24" long, it's amazing the wide span it has and I can actually feel the heat 30 feet away on my boat dock.I haven't mounted it yet but am very encouraged from the tests I've done.When your right in the beam it's like looking into the setting sun with a beautiful orange glow!

I bought two of these units. Neither worked.
I bought two of these units. I liked that the bulb was built in and it had a plug-in cord. Plug and play. The only downside was that neither unit worked - no heat. Zero. After reading that one out of the two prior comments on this product also mentioned a defective on/off switch, I figured that it was probably also the case on my two units. But I chose not to tear it apart to find out. Returned and bought something else.

Heater great...switch not so great
This heater throws alot of heat ! The only issue is the on/off switch shorted out after 2 days and no longer turned the unit off . I had to hard wire an on/off toggle switch in its place .

It’s like looking into the sun
This puts out A LOT of heat! We use it in our garage. Don’t look directly into the light though. It’s like looking into the sun :)!!!
