German Squad WW2 World War II 8 Custom Soldiers Set Weapons Blitzkrieg Building Blocks

My son absolutely loves this WWII German quad mini figures + weapons building blocks! He was so excited when he got them and they have quickly become his favorite. He was surprised and delighted with the detail as were we. He was equally satisfied with the ease and that everything fit well. The set was complete with no missing pieces and arrived on time. The set is awesome and the quality matches the price which is worth it. This set more than met our expectations and I will definitely order from Blitzkrieg Building Blocks Co. again... My son has wanted something like this for years so I ordered it for Christmas. He FLIPPED OUT with excitement when he opened the gift. He wanted to play with it right away. Sadly, he was not impressed. The pieces were either hard to put together or wouldn’t stay together. He cried about it. Some pieces broke since they are all attached to plastic brackets. He only plays with some of the guns. I don’t recommend this for a lego enthusiastic child for the price.

PROS:- Items are as described.- Recieved early, if not, on time.- My son loved it!- A LOT of pieces in this set but worth it.- Very cool set!CONS:- Instruction manual is just 1 sheet with front and back (minimal, literally) pictures to assemble each set. *You will have to guess on some pieces just by looking at the pictures.* So it might be a struggle to some.- The pieces are TINY. Not very great with those who have large hands, and I wear size medium gloves.Other than that, great buy for children who love legos!

For anyone worried about purchasing an "off brand" Lego set, let me put your mind at ease; this is a nice little set for a really good price! There are of course some pro's and con's, but I'll start with the good stuff. The minifigures themselves are nicely made and well detailed. Each one is accompanied by some kind of "vest" and some come with belts and holsters as well. The vests are pretty cool, but I could deal without the belts if I'm being honest. I think the helmets may be my favorite part of this set; their molds are solid and sleek, and I think they look perfect on these figures. The three cannons that come included are also pretty cool. They are made of relatively cheap plastic, but their molds are still pretty solid and they build okay. My problem with this set actually lies with the weapons and the included dog and horse. For starters, there just isn't any reason to include the horse in this set. Sure, the dog is a little more fitting, but the horse just seems a bit extra. The weapons look pretty cool, but they really don't come in the form of Legos; most of them really seem better suited to regular action figures as opposed to minifigs. The MP40 and the Luger are easily the weakest guns in this pack. Of course, all of this to say that this is still a good little set. It is a great "army builder" and is most definitely worth the cost. I want to note that these are probably all mass produced and generally pretty cheap, so I'm sure there is some amount of luck involved in purchasing this set

This is perfect for studying WWII. The only negative is that some of the little cream colored hands broke in half when trying to put on the arms and hands.

I bought these for my son for Christmas. It is October and he has not seen them yet but I opened up the packages and love the detail and all the pieces. I know he’ll love them. Compatible with Lego.

I bought the first set for my 6 year old grandson. He and his 8 year old brother loved it so much they started arguing over who got to play with what. So the 8 year old came to me and asked if there were some chores that needed doing because he wanted to earn enough money to buy his own set!! This is set #2. They are well made, tons of pieces and there are things available that no other set has in them. My grandsons love these. The only down side.... they don’t come with a box or instructions with pictures to show you how they should look. I guess most parents and kids will figure it out! Great set.

Very difficult to put the Minifigures together. My 12 year old brought them to me to assemble and I was only able to get one arm on (without a hand). I'm going to try pliers next
