BIA Cordon Bleu Cheese Markers

These are sturdy and big enough to write even longer cheese names on them (think: Emmentaler), and they are pointed enough to go into all kinds of cheeses easily. They even come with a dry erase pen.That said, the product packaging looked like it had been around the block or two and some of the markers had partly fused with the styrofoam insert. The clear plastic lid of the box was torn and the Scotch tape unattached. Since I bought these (directly from Amazon) for myself, it was not a big deal but had I sent these as a gift, I would have been embarrassed.Overall I am happy with the markers but you might want to think twice if these are intended as a gift.

I love reading everyone's review. Really helps me narrow down the pros and cons. Reviewers put me on to the fact that white ceramic reads better than all the other choices. Also, a lot of reviewers mentioned that many sets are poorly packaged and arrive loose at their destination. Not the case with this one. This set of markers is great! You really need to label Gorgonzola so that people who don't like it won't take some, taste it and then leave the rest on their plates.
