ORIGINAL REVIEW: I love this pan! I like to cook my bacon in the oven and this is perfect for this. The bacon does not stick at all. It is easy clean up too. I am sure I will use it for other things in the future but right now it is my dedicated bacon pan!UPDATE: I originally gave this 5 stars. Now 5 months later I am reducing the stars to 1. The pan has not lasted well. It has discolored and the ceramic coating has chipped away in places on the inside bottom cooking surface. It now takes as much scrubbing as a non-stick pan to clean. This is probably because it is not made well enough to withstand 400 degree convection oven backing up to 25 minutes. I will be tossing it out and buying a more rugged one.

I liked the pan as a replacement for other coated pans (and actually bought more than 1) UNTIL I took it out of my dishwasher. Some liquid that was trapped in the folded rim dripped out into my dishwasher and stained it forever! (See pictures) The liquid was a rusty mix of rinse water and oxidized material from the pan. No amount of cleaning will remove the stain- I have tried. Now I am faced with either looking at these stains forever, or buying a new dishwasher. Is this the fault of my dishwasher? I don’t think so because any dishwasher can leave drops of condensation on items, like the depressed bases of coffee mugs, etc. The difference is, THOSE have never stained the door or base of my machine. Even washing this pan by hand is a risk, as setting it out to air dry can still trap water in the rim, and when you move it to put away- out it comes! So be careful! The rim is folded over and crimped down, so there is no way to dry it out with a towel, even.It’s really too bad, because I liked the pans (and now I have 3 of different sizes) before I realized this! Maybe if you have a dishwasher with stainless steel interior, you might not have this issue, but now that I am researching the prices of THOSE UNITS, it makes any value for the money of these pans invisible for me. Never faced this problem with any other pans that I put in the dishwasher OR washed by hand.I’m only writing this because I didn’t see anything about this when I was reading the reviews before I purchased these for myself.

I bought this to compliment a much larger ceramic baking pan that we've been using for nearly two decades, expecting this to be just as 'ceramic' as "old faithful". Unfortunately, the so-called ceramic applied to this product is extremely thin (more like a coating of paint than actual ceramic), allowing the coating to begin flaking after just our second use. For reference, I was a professional ceramic, porcelain and marble tile installer and know firsthand what real ceramic can handle. I am extremely disappointed with such false advertising and have no choice but to toss this one out (I absolutely hate prematurely throwing 'new' things away) and try to hunt down a proper "ceramic" pan of similar size, but from some other company.

I absolutely love this whole line of Casaware!! I now own all the pans and sheets I need to replace the old ones (different brand) that I had. These are so easy to clean, never burn any of my food, and no need for any kind of spray for non sticking! I will FOREVER have these and when I need to replace them, I will buy them all again!PS, I bought all red, which is a bonus because it matches my kitchen. I love that colors are offered instead of the boring steal.

I cook a lot...and have tried all sorts of pans with different finishes, and this is my favorite by far. Cleans fast with no residue, durable, and love the turquoise color! UPDATE: It wasn't quite as durable as I thought. Eventually, the paint started peeling off and rusted. I actually thought this was true graniteware, which can last for years and years, but it wasn't. Disappointed.

These pans are the perfect size for a Breville Smart Oven. The potatoes I cooked on them did not stick after following the provided instructions. I've only had them a few days, but feel certain I will get a lot of use from them.

Use this all the time, easy to clean, works well. I find cooking with lemon say for lemon chicken and storing it for the next day in the refrigerator will degrade the coating, so use a glass pan instead.

This is the best pan you will ever find. Nothing sticks and they just wipe clean. I have purchased all different sizes. Love these pans!
