Smooth on the wrist, and plenty durable. This is based off of my experience with the older, canvas keepers, version of this product.

Great looking strap. Seems pretty high quality so far. I love the coloring as it has a classic, vintage military look that goes great with a field style watch. Its 4.4mm thick and only tapers to 18.8mm, so it has a great, solid feel to it. Its thin by the lugs though, so there shouldn't be a big issue putting in tighter watches. I would definitely recommend this strap.

Great replacement band for my ancient Timex Expedition. Made better than the original. Much thicker. I recommend the leather strap holders, as opposed to the cloth ones. Just contact them when ordering.

Too short, too fragile. The listed states measurements of 3.75" and 4.75". The actual measurements are 3.4" and 4.45" which means it's more than 1/2" shorter than listed. That may not sound like much but it is when your talking wrist measurements. Also, the "oil-tanned" leather looks worn after only fastening the strap one time. It shows scrapes/marks after only one careful use. Can't imagine it would look good for long if you actually wore the watch it was attached to.

The leather end piece that covers the lug side of the straps is painted with brown finish and it scrapes off very easily and looks horrible. This was mentioned in a review below. I purchased 2 straps (18 and 20mm) and both have this issue. Totally unacceptable.

Very high quality, and thick material. I expect this to last a long time.I will buy another one for my other watch to have when I need it in the future.

Really fits well with a men's rugged style watch. went on easy, came as described. Nice replacement for outdoorsy watch.
