Omg the fruit punch flavour is just amazing

Been using this as a pre workout drink for about a month now. Best results come if I drink it 30 minutes before as the effect is starting as I hit the gym floor. I have more energy and am lifting heavier and repping more than without it. Not sure if creatine would be better post workout but if its still in your system after then it may be still effective. Tastes good as well.

Gave me a kick, but wasn’t a fan of the flavour It was too sweet for me

If you are into hardcore pre-workouts, or having been using pre-workouts for a long time, this may not be for you. I used old school C4 and Jack3d back in the day, and this isn't that. It is certainly milder, but delivers excellent levels of energy and alertness. I haven't had any crashes, and can easily go to work after a great morning workout. It now replaces my morning cups of coffee, and I get a very solid level of energy and focus beyond lunchtime. I will definitely buy again.

Just started using this product, great taste I have made smoothies and it tastes okay 👍🏾. More importantly on the sessions that I have had it has helped with my energy and recovery levels

I haven't taken pre workout before and was expecting a kick from this. It rarely ever gave the kick and only done when consuming more than a serving. (I don't even drink much caffeine)

One of the best pre-workout, harder I pushed training more I felt the energy fuel by the pre-workout. All those who wrote a negative review make sure first that your Marcos are sorted. If you have a significant calorie deficit you won’t have power to lift.

Good product that does seem to make a difference to training when compared with not using it. Although it does start to clump up and become solid lumps in the container if you dont use it that often. Flavour is ok but quite weak in my opinion compared to their alpha amino range. The beta-alanine dose is relatively low so you dont get much tingling as what you would expect. Informed4Sport accreditation is always good to know also as dont want any "strange" substances in the mix.

Nun ja hat man mal keine Lust auf Training macht man sich n pre workout zumindest geht es mir so das es dann keine alternative mehr gibt als ins Training zu gehen eine Leistungsteigerung würde ich sagen hat es nicht allerdings bringt es eine schon dazu konsequent ins Training zu gehen ;)

Das ist sehr gut, aber die andere Geschmack ist viel besser

Außer dem Geschmack gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, andere Sorten schmecken einfach besser von C4
