This was a "santa" gift for my son who is starting to train seriously for soccer and can't get outside in the snow to practice, but it turned out to be a fantastic gift for the whole family. He can use it inside, and there are pins for him to use it outside when the weather is better. There are so many excersises and patterns to run and the poster included is FANTASTIC- i also love that it comes with a really nice quality bag to store it in so that even if the kids are putting it away, it doesn't tear. It stores neatly and is easy to pull out and put away. I can't say enough good things- FANTASTIC product- and great communication with the owner if you have any questions. I plan on buying a bunch for my son's soccer team for training... if I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Really nice product with a carry case and stakes to hold it down. The carry case is nice and actually big enough so you can put everything back into it without it feeling like an over packed suitcase. I would highly recommend this and would happyily buy it again but doubt I’ll need to as it’s good quality.

Basic agility ladder that is similar to my trainer's ladder. Lays out flat and with the stakes, it can be anchored to grass surfaces. Be aware, that if the athlete is on a flat surface (mats, concrete, etc) if you trip on it, it will tangle or get misaligned easily. That is normal. It works great and is durable.

I purchased this product to work on my daughters foot speed training. The ladder is exactly what I was looking for and arrived very quick as picture/advertised. The ladder at 15 feet is perfect length and the adjustable slats make it great to have freedom of adjusting the spacing for various needs.The customer service was far and above any experience I have received from any company. I am giving the agility ladder as a gift to my athletic 13 year old grandson. I know he is going to love it - the ladder, the cones and the posters with training ideas. He plays elite hockey and lacrosse so this will be perfect for him. He already spends hours shooting goals in his garage so the ladder and cones bring diversity to his practice.

Having used this ladder in physical therapy for balance and stability issues I liked it so much that I wanted one for home use. At 84 I do not run, I do not leap, I do not jump but for my needs this is a very helpful device. This product meets all expectations.
