After replacing my spark plug, I used my trimmer for one full yard maintenance session before it began bogging down and dying again. I then traced the problem down to the fuel system so I replaced the cracked fuel lines, but the same issue persisted. Before giving up and buying a new trimmer, I decided to buy this kit. Thankfully, the replacement carburetor did the trick! My trimmer starts smoothly and runs great now. Please note that there are no instructions, so you'll have feel comfortable in handling this install with no guidance.

My Husqvarna 128CD weedeater will run with this carb, but will not rev up and is seemingly not getting enough gas. Now I had to order a spline tool to be able to adjust the high flow jet just to make this work.EDIT: Spark plug included is not worth using. Could not run properly using what they've included. My weed eater ran so much better putting back in the +2 year old one.

This is JUNK!!! Took almost 2 hours to install, then it doesn't work!!! Engine will start but will not stay running!! Attempt to contact the vendor... NO CONTACT info!! Call sorry azz amazon and they want do anything!!!! BTW, it DOES NOT say on the page that this piece of crap is made in worthless china!!! china SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

Worked well to get and old trimmer working again, but took some modifying to make it happen. Fuel line connections are longer and have a steeper angle to them then the original carb had. Needed to very carefully bend them nearly straight before I could hook the fuel lines back up and not kink while everything was fully assembled.Been working great since then tho.

didn't work, jets were installed upside down and gasket was torn

Carb works great, put in new plug that came with carb, wouldn't start , ck gap ok reinstall still wouldn't start, ck spark at plug, none installed old plug, started 1st pull.New spark plug is junk, guess I shouldn't expect much, there isn't even a name on it.

What a big waste of money. The carb kit contained a carburetor (that didn't work), fuel lines that were too rubbery to install, a spark plug that looked like a toy part, and an air filter that was cut from cotton gauze with a hole punched in it. Suggest spending a little more and getting OEM quality parts--this was not worth the hassle for any price.

Great kit, comes with everything to overhaul your old machine. Mine is 12 yrs old & runs like new now. I've seen reviews on here & people complaining about the inlets on the carb. I used the ones off my old carb, took 30 seconds to swap out
