Earl Sweatshirt changed the way I listened to rap music after I heard this album. Glad to finally have it on vinyl, and it shipped all the way from UK in perfect condition. Great price as well.

Great album but minor problems with physical copy.
I love this album from front to back, but there were a few phsyical issues. For one, the case came in cracked and when I opened the case little black plastic bits fell out from the center piece which holds the CD. This wasn't a problem although as I has extra CD cases to hold it in. Also the mix sounds a bit off, the Spotify version the bass is a lot more present and the vocals aren't as loud. This CD although the vocal mixing sounds a bit off and kinda annoying and the bass is not as present. Overall it's still a great buy still. Luv u earl <3

RIP Album of the Year
Aside from this album being one of the best of 2018, the shipping was good too. I'm actually scared to touch it bc it seems so fragile in it's sleeve.

Amazing sound!
This album on vinyl is such an experience! I would recommend this on vinyl to any Earl fan. This is a quality pressing just like the rest of Earl's discography on vinyl.

Earl delivers
I've been a fan of Earl for some years now, copping his previous two albums. So when "Some Rap Songs" came along I had to add it to my collection. The album is short but sweet, at around half an hour long it's production is crazy and unique beats and bars make for a good album to finish 2018 with.I recommend it for any fan of Sweatshirt or Hip Hop in general, especially if like me you are miffed with the mumble rap that's coming out these days. It's refreshing to hear some decent rap music again.

Earl is back
This album is quite short and is mostly a new flavour, a new version of Earl, he raps differently, he's got a lot of strange, unorthodox beats and his lyrics unlike in the past are a lot slower and have more meaning to them. It seems more like he's trying to get stuff off his chest with all the stuff that's happened in his life recently and its very impactful. This album isn't like lyrical spaghetti he has done in his past but it does hit hard and it shows you that Earl ain't lost a step. Definitely worth a listen.

Evolution didn't end with us growing thumbs...
A very brilliant album. Earl Sweatshirt is the most interesting rapper I am aware of and his lyrical ability and poetic delivery is a truly unique artform. He is evolving as an artist, and as an individual human too from reading interviews with him. It's frustrating to me that too many artists seem to stumble across a cranny that draws attention from the marketplace and as a consequence they are reluctant to evolve their art. Evolution didn't end with us growing thumbs; we are part of the process.

Just awful noise with foul language thrown in for effect.
I appreciate that some people like this but I found it to be utter rubbish. He was chatting away apparently oblivious to the odd music playing in the background. It is a mess. My favourite parts of the songs were when they finished. This wasn't singing or rapping. Just noise. Awful.

No choruses, just flow.
One of the few rappers to mourn His Grandmothers passing on wax.. He is sensitivity personified ( ish ) .. great flow , lyrical dexterity and nuance .... He also knocked it out of the park @ Field Day ‘19!!! For fans of the classic lineage of rap , only Pusha T in his league at the moment.,,Peace We out..
