A headphone jack keeps the rather loud machine quiet when others are around, and a slot on the machine's side accommodates the Mind Station cartridge. The Mind Station--which can be used on any of LeapFrog's advanced learning systems--works to extend the Turbo's lessons to your PC, for new word downloads, tests, or spelling lists; and grading and game uploads from LeapFrog's Web site.
