Draper17558 Budding knife with FSC Certified Oak Handle,Brown

Knife arrived promptly, slighty bigger and bulkier than i expected but still fits in your pocket comfortablywooden handel has a nice feel and looks well made considering the price.blade is very sharp too so be warned !All in all a good knife for the gareden or foraging which is what i use it for.Would i recommend it ? yes definatley.

Nice blade

I sadly lost mine a couple of weeks after I got it. When rediscovered a couple of weeks after that in a flowerbed, soaking wet and covered in mud, I feared the worst! However once washed in warm water and dried out it seems none the worse for the experience, albeit the wooden handle is rather discoloured. I had applied a little oil to the handle before losing it, but not enough to save it totally from its fate - but that was a small price to pay considering I expected it to be past any useful purpose. Happy about that enough to warrant the 5 stars but I would point out that curved blades are quite difficult to sharpen, that applies to any curved blade so not a fault with this item.

Was a bit wary when purchasing this knife but its good to see Amazon are on the ball and asking questions when selling. Recommend

A really good budding knife. Very comfortable to use. Lovely wood handle. Not heavy. Good steel blade. Very good price.
