Liked pen but the package containing pen had loose ribbon and white card box cover a little dirty

I originally bought one for my son for Christmas to use at his job. He is a correctional officer. But the Warden and assistant warden saw it and threaten to steal it from him, they liked its so much. He told them his mom bought it for him for Christmas. So they gave it back. I heard the story and my son asked if I could order 2 more for them. I did and he gave them as gifts that they loved.

My only issue with this pen is that it is a twist pen which always feel like they are about to break. However, it writes so smoothly and has such a nice weight that I am going to keep it. It is also glides incredibly smoothly across the paper as nd produces a 1.0mm tip which is good because it produces a nice bold line that is easy for me to read with my bad eyes. I would definitely reccomend this pen for anyone looking for a pen with a nice weight and feel or to give as a gift.

Loved everything about this. Great value. Only issue was no blue ink option which I prefer but not a determining issue at all.

Out of the box the pen looks very nice. The rose gold is dark and compares well to highly polished copper. I compared it to several well preserved pennies to make sure. The gunmetal is also darker than most other pens. I replaced the ink cartridge with a parker gel refill right away. I had to stretch the spring by about .25 inch to fully retract the slightly thicker 0.7mm parker refill. The rose gold top of the pen is slightly separated from the body by design. The metal is not as thick as most other luxury pens which makes it a bit lighter. It fits comfortably in the hand and looks much more expensive than it is. It's definitely a great addition to my collection. Thanks for a very nice original pen.
