Great printer if you don't need support or to print on checks or forms.
I might have given this printer 5 stars I like the color and quality, but I often use this for checks and the printer will periodically switch which side of the page it uses even with duplex disabled. I contacted HP support which was horrible (-1 star) and then they blamed it on the application which is amazing given three different printers from three different companies never had this problem so they could not resolve the issue (-1 star). They also informed me that the printer only works as a network or direct wired, but you cannot do both. (I had wanted to hardwire my computer in, but allow others to print off of it. This can only be done is by me removing the direct wire and going on the network).Summary: If you will never print checks on this I think it is a good printer. Color is fine and I have not measured it, but I have been printing for awhile on the 1/2 filled starter cartridges and they still all read as full. If you print forms or checks I would not recommend this printer and if you have a complicated network or wiring system, I would be careful. All other work printing it should be fine and just pray you never have to call HP support!!!

I love just about everything about this printer
I've had this printer for over a year. I owned a successful small business of 50 people and had all kinds of printers over 11 years. I love just about everything about this printer, except for the fact it bends one of the corners on every sheet of paper it prints. It's a small bend, about a 1/4" diagonal across the corner, so there's a design issue somewhere that should be corrected. This has happened across many teams of paper, all of being the recommended color lock paper. Anyone find or know if a fix for this issue??

This is honking big printer that doesn't work across our PC/ipad/smartphone devices
ERROR CODE OXB8281A26, and there's no HP support. They suck and I am done with HP.
