According to the info on the package, 15 lumen max.

The fastener is a rubber strap, fastener is rubber with clip around 27.2 seatpost I dont use saddle bag , great and reliable so far. the light is good fully charged for 3-1/2 - 4.0 hrs they are cheap enough to run with two in evening or late afternoon. Watertight for the damp runs i do in dusk dark conditions I can’t comment forain conditions I have used on wet roads with no glitches. I’m pretty confident in the two I use

It's is bright, but as car for lights. No not that bright.

The battery lasts a very long time. Better than any previous lights I've had. I use it on one of the flashing modes and commuted 18 miles a day throughout the winter. Honestly, it only needed charging every couple of weeks. I never used it on solid light mode but this would no doubt use the battery life quicker. This light is certainly the best option I've experienced over many years of commuting. Hope this helps
