Q: Any idea where I might find the instruction manual online?

You get instructions with it if you have lost instructions for it then go on Google and type in the item make and model

Q: Does it need to be sealed with silicone to the worktop?

No the underside of the hob comes with a pre-installed sealing strip that sits on the work top creating the seal for you.

Q: Error code "lo" happens when i wipe down. can't find it in the book, needs a reboot to clear, which is a faff. anybody any ideas?

It’s not an error code. It meant that you enabled “control lock” feature. Touch and hold the ‘key’ button for at least 5sec to unlock.

Q: What is the length and how wide is it

It’s the exact size as in the description of the hob
