Such good flavor and spice level

This isn’t a bad hot sauce. But for me personally it’s not amazing. People who are leaving reviews aren’t doing a very good job of describing it so here’s your description of what it tastes like. This hot sauce is sweet. It is very sweet and spicy, and it’s got a strong aftertaste. Like a mix of cinnamon and ginger that lingers on the tongue. I prefer something with a bit more bite to it. This sauce is pleasant, and I’m sure it’s great for some people and dishes. Not for me though.

I didn't used to enjoy hot sauce. This sauce is on a short list of favorites that changed my mind about hot sauce. It reminds me of curry flavors. The heat is present but does not get in the way of the excellent taste. It goes great in and on so many dishes. I just wish it came in bigger bottles.

This is the sauce that made me a fan of peri peri peppers. I have to have this in my sauce stash at all times now, I put it on anything. Nice tang, decent amount of heat without overpowering the flavor. I put it on potatoes, eggs, poultry, you name it. Makes tacos really pop with other tangy toppings, like pickled onions.

A little pricey but I get it for my husband periodically because he really likes it.

Delicious, unique sauce. Spicy but not so spicy that you can't taste anything!
