Not what I thought it was
I bought for ease and simplicity. I returned because it was nothing but simply because there is no support. The sides bend in half so the Velcro won’t attach. It was very frustrating to not have a good close so I returned. It just folded and fell down all over and there was no one handed placing in the bag because of it. Very awkward to use for any daily use.

Different Bag Received than Pictured
The photos show velcro around the entire seal, but here's what else is wrong with the bag I received: (1) much smaller than stated (it's supposed to be 23" x 14" x 15", but it's 22" x 11" x 14"; (2) There is only velcro along 1/3 of the entire length of the flap so that doesn't make for a complete seal which means poor insulation, (3) the "Cherrboll" label is a removable velcro label! Try again, please.
