Q: Does this need to be wired to the internet to work on network or does it have built in wifi to connect?

This unit does not have built-in Wifi, you will need to connect it to the network for initial setup (adding schedules), then you can remove it from the network and it will work as a standalone device. You only need the network when you need to make changes. Hope this answer helpful.Linortek

Q: If power is lost, do I have to reset the time and schedules?

No, you don't. There is a built-in rechargeable battery on the board that can keep the time & settings for up to one week.

Q: Can you purchase multiple bells that work together and handled by one program?

Yes, there are two relay outputs (10A each) on the controller, you can daisy-chained multiple bells to the controller as long as they are not over 10A. The other fact that you need to consider is the bell's power supply. The power supply comes with this kit is 1A, so you can wire one additional bell to the same relay output.

Q: Does this have multiple tone options?

No, this kit does NOT have multiple tone options. But you can set different ringing duration for different break time. For example, you can ring 5 seconds for morning break, and 10 seconds for lunch breaks, etc.
