Folding Rollator Walker with Seat & Bag, Height Adjustable & Mobility Lightweight Rolling Adult Walker for Elderly & Senior

Got this for my 91 yr old mother who is ~90lbs. She's still mobile on her own, but has had her spills and has to be very careful of course. It's been a challenge to get her to use her current rollator regularly because "walkers are for old people", but she's coming around. We thought getting a nicer looking "1st class" version would help out. Super easy assembly. Hardest part was getting the back strap attached with the brake cables in the way, but finally got it on. So impressed with the easy assembly 100%! Packaging very well done! Once that was done, at first we weren't impressed with it being any different/better from the cheaper ~$85 version we had, but it certainly looked nicer. We have a pretty significant threshhold between our living room and finished sunroom and when testing it out myself it seemed to struggle quite a bit, the front wheels not being able to go over it and potentially allowing you to "throw forward". But we tested it over other less significant thresholds, going from carpet to hardwood, etc and it appeared to do much better. Compared it to her cheaper one and did see how much smoother it was & the difference the larger wheels make, definitely less bumpy. We were thinking the handle on the seat would be uncomfortable to sit on and would require a cushion or something. Honestly we were considering returning it due to the much higher price tag. WE ARE SO GLAD WE DIDN'T!!! We went to a local event that was packed and our parking spot was very far from the venue and we decided it was not viable to drop my mom off & I return after parking. We anticipated long lines and a lot of standing, and my mother insisted that she could handle it and didn't want a full blown wheel chair, but we didn't anticipate the walk from the parking spot to the venue. So we used the Rollator as a wheel chair to get to the venue with me pushing my mom over several RAILROAD TRACKS and uneven, bumpy pavement all along the way...definitely at least a mile's walk (or rather push) if not more. She had a place to put her feet next to the wheels that worked just fine for her. It pushed so easily and made it over every terrain that we had to go through! Even in the thick grass once we got in line, it was still very easy to push. My mom said the handle on the seat didn't bother her one bit and she was very comfortable throughout the whole event. Did the same getting back to the car after the event. We are convinced the other one would certainly have not fared near as well as this Rollator and are so glad we have this one even if just for that event it made that much a difference! Highly recommend!

So far I really like the walker. I only use it for outdoor use, so have only had the opportunity to use it a couple of times but I found it really easy to set up and fold down to store in the backseat of my car. I also really like the color! My only complaints keeping it from a 5 star review are 1) there is no manufacturer information, no one to contact with questions or warranty issues. It looks exactly like the Oasis model so perhaps it's part of that company? 2) The instructions were incomplete and not as helpful as they could be. I'm mechanically minded so I figured it out, but if you're not "gifted" in that way, I'd recommend having a friend who is help you. Overall, I think you'll really like the walker if you're looking for a way to get around outside, but not in a small apartment. I would use one the smaller walkers for that. It rolls along really easily, I found the seat comfortable for short periods and it's very easy to adjust the hand height. I haven't messed with the brakes at all (they can be adjusted) they work fine so I didn't need to. I haven't tried the cane feature yet, but I thought that was a really nice addition that I will be talking advantage of.

My Mother decided she wanted a more stable walker, my wife spent two hours researching them on this site and a few others. When she found this and showed Mother she had us order it. When it arrived , we assembled it and took it out to her. From the first moment she used it she has felt safer, she has been able to be more mobile than she able to be in years. She doesn’t go anywhere with out it. My Dad is able fold it up easily to store it. He doesn’t worry so much about Mother falling and does not feel like he has to be at her side 24/7. She loves it!!! She calls it her Cadillac

Purchased in Oct 2020. only using walker once a day for morning walks in neighborhood that last about 1.5 hours.In less than 6 months I started having problems with wheel screws coming off during walks.Front wheels are not sturdy at all. They shake all the time. Now front wheel completely came off and screws were lost during the walk, I had a hard time making it back to my home. Bad quality product .Do not recomend purchasing this product.

THE WHEELS ARE SLIPPERY WHEN USED IN WET SIDEWALKS BE VERT CAREFUL THE CHAIR HAS A NICE SEAT BUT THE WHOLE THING IS NOT STURDY THE WHEEL BREAKS PUT PRESURE ON WHEELS AND U CAN SEE THE MARKS ITS GONNA SOONER OR LATER MAKE A HOLE ON THE WHEELS DID'T USE IT THAT MUCH BECAUSE OF THE NOT MAKING ME FEEL IT WWAS STURDY SHOULD OF SENT IT BACK IN THIS CASE COSTING MORE DIDN'T PAY OFF YOU CAN LOSE CONTROLL OF THIS WHEN WALKING JUST DONT LIKE THE WHEELS AND WHAT IT IS MADE OF TO SLIPPERY

This is a really nice Rollator. Extremely well built & very spacious. The 10” front wheels are outstanding & go over bumps, curbs, rocks etc. with ease. Folds up easily with just the pull of the seat handle & snaps down & locks in position when you want to sit. The gold or champagne color is really nice. Backrest & seat are simply padded and nice. The carry pouch is quite large & hooks solidly with the frame. Assembly is very easy. Overall a nice solid well built Rollator.

Item arrived with bent wheel which caused me to fall and injure my back. I had to have back surgery as a result. I have been in hospital since then. I want to return it because it is defective but Amazon Customer Service says it’s out of the return window. I’M IN THE HOSPITAL. HAVE SOME MERCY! LEGALLY, ITS YOUR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. MAKE IT RIGHT!!!!!!

Unfortunately this product did not work for me. I have balance issues and since the front wheels are not fixed in the forward position, I have a hard time keeping my balance. It is a great product for assisting anyone who needs help with walking. I love the way it is made. Very sturdy and a very nice design. Very easy to putt together and too close for storing. I will be returning it today.
