MIU France Stainless Steel No.16 Portion Scoop with Soft Grip Handle, 2-Ounce

Very solid built. I use it for filling cupcake tins. Works great! I actually ordered another in a smaller size for scooping cookies. Very comfortable to hold and squeeze. I have had no issues with batter sticking to the blade.

Compared to my other (cheaper) scoops, this thing is a Mercedes. Stout and well made. Used it to bake large cookies and it dispensed some of my thickest dough with ease, although a bit does get left behind the scraper. That may have been a function of my thick dough and may not be the case with, say, ice cream or mashed potatoes. Clean up was easy. I won't buy cheap scoops again.

Feels like a good quality cookie scoup. Nice strong spring. Labeled in the sweep. The sweep is not super tight against the bowl but I think that makes it a little easier to get clean. Would buy it agains

I would give this 4.5 stars if possible. It's a very nice scoop and works as well as most. The "scraper" could fit a bit better and the size marking is somewhat difficult to find - those are the two things that prevented my giving this 5 stars. Great size for larger cookies, scones and regular size muffins and exactly what I needed to bridge the size gap between my size 12 and my size 20!

Love this scoop!!! I use it to make dinner rolls. Good and sturdy construction!Only minor complaint is that the little metal sweeper/scraper arm inside doesn't fit the shape of the scoop real tightso it leaves some batter behind. I clear the last scoop with my finger to get all of the batter.

Used it to make giant cookies. Worked Great!!
