It works and the price is right. I love that there are two in the pack.Initially, I plugged it into a wall outlet upside down and was upset when it didn't work. Turning it right side up fixed that issue. I guess I'm too used to having the asymmetrical US flat pins (idiot-proof, for people like me).It was a bit difficult to get my round prongs into the adapter in the beginning, but diligence and carefully applied force got it in. I'm not planning on removing it any time soon, so that was a one-time issue. At least it's better than one that's too loose and needs readjusting every time you sneeze.The only thing I'd suggest keeping in mind before purchasing is the frequency you'll use this. If you'll be putting it on and taking it off European plugs very often, the resistance you encounter might get frustrating. Since it was a one-time deal for me, I'm giving this product 5 stars.

Did not work for my item

Moved from Germany, we use these plugs to convert our German style plug in stuff. These adapters hod the German plug firmly where others allow the plug to fall out. Best we've tried!

Yes, it seems cheap plastic and awfully cheap price as well. but it does the job so far - so no complaints. Did not have to force the plug in or anything

Does exactly what you need from a charger. Cheap and functional but slightly difficult to use with some larger plugs - needs a bit of brute force to jam them in!

This is by far the best Euro to US power converter Ive got over my 20 years transatlantic traveling. Small, discrete, and stays on firmly. Amazingly, no other ones I've had fulfilled these three simple requirements. Getting 2 of them for less than 5 bucks is nothing but a steal! :-)

The two blades which goes into wall outlet is thin. As a result, this adapter easily unplugs from wall outlet with lightest tug. And the socket to accept the European round prongs are unnecessary stiff in the 1st engagement, but it loosened too much after the 1st engagement. I have ordered this adapter from other vendors in Amazon, but they are identical. It looks like a supplier in China flooded US market with this substandard adapter. It is too bad that I cannot find better product online anywhere.
