Muito bom!! Só não dou nota máxima pela razão de, mesmo tendo vindo todo embalado, a lombada do livro estava um pouco marcada (descascando). Fora isso, recomendo.

Fantastic book. Great book for teaching kids about the earth and several interesting places of geological interest. Alternately an eye catching book for the coffee table. I purchased this for my 8yo so he could do a presentation he likes it so much he reads it out of interest on his own. The pages have beautiful photographs and are packed with great information. The information has depth to it as well as breadth unlike many of the newer books with grossly summarized sparse information in oversized text for their digital copies. (In DK’s newer books it’s disappointing to see the lack of detailed information.) ::jk

Nice sturdy book. Very beautiful pictures. We will be using this for homeschooling.

This is a beautiful book.I bought it to add to my family library and as a resource for my middle school aged homeschoolers.I noticed it was for about 4th grade up to 7th.I would ignore that.Along with the text,diagrams and stunning photos I think any age would find it useful. The book is smartly divided into 8 sections.They cover a range of topics from geography,formations,natural wonders,weather,natural disasters and biomes. Great buy,great read and definitely good make a great gift I also noticed this book also touch on more current events such as hurricane Matthew (2016) and hurricane Katrina (2015)
