I have to write in as I am normally quite positive about most products. This cartridge I received must be defective. When I installed it, the quality and graphics were beautiful and perfect. After less than 100 pages - the wheels just came-off. The print quality was blotched, and literally unreadable. I removed the cartridge and reset. Shook it to see if it was something I failed as part of the preparation process. I reinstalled and it worked for a few short pages and then unreadable again. Received the low toner warnings so perhaps it was not filled properly from the manufacturer. Be very careful. I will try to return, but very disappointed.. updated review.july. I returned the first cartridge after providing the company information and proof of the problem. The customer service representative was excellent,one of the best. She sent a new cartridge which I have just installed. It is working. I will update in a short time to provide details. Customer service a 5+.

Sometimes replacement ink and toner cartridges don't exactly work right when not purchased from the printer manufacturer. So I was a little cautious in buying this, but the other reviewers are right; it fit right in and caused no problems with the printer software. The instructions caution you that you may get a warning message on the printer but it went away. Very easy to install. The instructions mention a protective tape to be removed, but that's a generic note; it did not apply to my version. Instead there is an orange plastic cover to be removed. The cartridge looks pretty much just like the original, feels solid. And the first page came out looking fine. So I can recommend this and will go back to them for my next toner cartridge. A way more cost-effective option than going to HP.

I just installed the cartridge and it printed a few copies fine. Then it started conking (like another user experienced) and the print quality was poor on that sheet. Until I receive a replacement from another company, I have to open the lid, remove and reinstall the cartridge and and it prints a few more copies fine.Update: the company contacted me after reading my review and sent me at no charge a replacement cartridge that works fine. Comparing the first and second cartridges, I can see why the first one didn't work right. On the side there was a dangling part. I only gave them four stars because I think they should have noticed the defect on the first one before sending it.

I thought I'd try this product as the HP toner cartridges are so expensive. So far, the quality seems fine, though I haven't been able to test the output quantity as it's not been in my printer too long. Only glitch was that the installation instructions said to remove packaging, an orange plastic holder (I did) and something black and to pull out the protective strip (these are on the HP toner), which this brand didn't have nor require. I asked company for feedback on this because I didn't want to wreck anything important to function. They replied within 24 hours. I set it up, and it's fine.

Took a chance on this and it turned out well. In the past I had purchased refills and have had bad experiences as they would streak or just not print consistently. Given the price of this product vs the real HP, I was happy and satisfied. Following the simple instructions and them turning on the printer, it took about 2 minutes before the printer was ready, that was the scary part, waiting for the printer to recognize the toner. After the printer was ready, I printed something and the quality was just like the HP toner, I saw no difference. So glad I took the chance and saved lots of $$$$. Would purchase again from this vendor.

I did a good bit of research before purchasing the toner cartridge I needed and found that Toner Kingdom was my best bet.And am I glad that I made that choice because I made a mistake on my initial order and when I called to see if I could fix it they were terrific. Toner Kingdom Compatible Toner Cartridge Replacement for HP was easy to install. It came with instructions, although it didn't mention to pull off the seal, but because other toner cartridges say to do that I did. I purchased for my HPM118dw. Seems to work fine, will be curious to see how long it lasts.

Very bad print quality. Black marks on both sides of paper.

The first several pages came out streaked to the point of not being useable but now it seems to be working well. My printer did not recognize that it was a new toner and still says low toner but I’m not complaining.

I tried the toner and it works well with my printer except I found the black ink printed on the pages slightly lighter than the original toner.
