I bought a total of 4 Mykonos fans and 1 Morpheus II fan to replace some outdated ceiling fans in a house we just bought. Overall great looking fans and smart integration is convenient.The good:Nice look, modern and stylish.Quite and moves air well.Wall control has all the functions needed. Light and Fan dimmers.Somewhat easy to install.Smart integration is thorough vs other options on the market.The bad:QA can be better, did receive one defective fan that I had to return. The defective fan motor hummed and clicked but didn't spin the blades. Light worked fine though. Amazon is awesome and they sent a replacement rather quickly.Installation instructions are poorly written. Modern Forms if you are reading this, I recommend dry running through the installation instructions. You'll find that there is an opportunity for improvement on the order the steps are laid out.Mobile app can use improvement. Some functions are not a 100% (such as rearranging fan icons in the app). Given it's a newish company I expect it to improve over time.Overall:Happy with the purchase. Perhaps my review is 3.5 starts vs 4 but willing to give 4 instead of 3 as I see a potential for improvement and those little glitches aren't a deal breaker. Price does fluctuate, if you need to purchase multiple I recommend keeping an eye out for a sale to save some $$. I have 2 more fans to replace and will be looking to acquire 1 more Mykonos and possibly a Woody 60" to replace a fan in a dining area with a vaulted ceiling.

My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed this fan for about 10 weeks now. The multiple settings are nice and we love sleeping with the breeze feature - very relaxing. Periodically, it would stop working with Alexa or stop working with the remote, but it only did both once, so it was irritating, but not a huge hassle.Last week, the app notified me that the remote had an update. I clicked for it to update and nothing happened. At this point, the fan stopped working with Alexa and has not worked with her since. Then the remote stopped working. I read through so many instruction manuals and the FAQ on their website (which was nonsensical) and received no help. I reset the fan, and it is working with the remote again. However, my app says there is no remote connected. It will not update the remote. Now it says the fan has an update. It will not update that. It started broadcasting its wifi network again, but won't let me link that to my home network. It made me create a new account. I went through the whole process using the same credentials as before and it signed me up again? But when it did, all the same things are still there. Now it even refuses to remove the fan from my account. It just keeps saying it failed.There is NO customer service. They do not answer. Lots of angry folks suffering similar issues. Save yourself the time and money. This is the second smart fan I have bought that went to hell in a couple of months. :(Update: It has been 6 weeks since I opened a help ticket with this company. Today, they finally emailed me back, apologized for the delay, and told me that they were glad my problem had been resolved. It had not and they had not communicated with me at all to try to resolve it.

This fan was pretty easy to install, but for some reason the center light isn't working properly. Also important to note that its not very bright. Don't use the fan as the main light for a room. You will need additional light sources. As a fan this is fantastic. Really moves the air and in whisper quiet. Easy to link to Alexa and a smart phone app. Great feature is the Breeze mode that varies the fan speed so it feels like a naturally variable breeze outside. Overall I really like this fan. Just wish the light was brighter.

This is the 3rd of this exact model we have installed in our home. They are fantastic. Super quiet, and the app integration is excellent. We linked the fan to our Ecobee thermostat so the fan turns on when the heat turns on to help circulate the air. We love the three blade design and simple lines which fits in our rustic home, and would look great in many decors. Installation requires a bit of patience but can be done by a confident home owner. The too long safety cord is one irritation. Trying to get the transponder and all the wiring crammed into the cowling is a pain but it will all go in there. Linking the fan to the app is seamless one of the best app experiences we've had with any IOT device. Persevere through the install and the fan is excellent. Our vaulted ceiling is 6/12 and we used an 18" downrod and it is the perfect combination. Color matched downrods in varying sizes are available as a separate purchase. Highly recommended!

I purchased this fan to replace a builders grade fan that broke in our house. I liked the looked online and the functionality it said to have. The installation wasn't complicated but it wasn't easy either. You have a rather large receiver that you have to install at the top of the light box for the smart functionality to work. This leave very little room for the 8 connections you need to make from the fan and to the home wiring.What I like -I like the modern look of the fan and the ability to make small adjustments to both the fan speed and the dimmablity of the light. I think the iPhone app is intuitive and we'll layed out.What I didn't like -First, the product description says it integrates with all Nest products. This is not true. When you try to enable this functionality through the app it says coming soon. So if you want this to work with your nest thermostates, you will need to wait for that. This frustrated me because this functionality is why I chose this fan.Finally, the light could be better. I would have thought that the light would iluminate the room, but it's design forces the majority of the light straight down. Also, in my personal opinion, the light could be a warmer tone.So that is it. There are some good and bad things about this fan but I think the manufacturer can improve on the design.
