Since there were no reviews when I decided to give this item a try, I'm hoping I can help future shoppers...The pillow came in nice, professional packaging. The cover / pillow case was a soft, almost athletic stretchy material, which I liked. There's a zipper on the side, and the pillow itself has a break in the arch above the forehead hole, so that it's removable. It felt similar to memory foam in terms of structure and firmness.Unfortunately, I didn't find it comfortable to sleep on. I'm not a stomach sleeper by nature, so if you are, you may have a different experience. I was hoping for sciatic relief by avoiding sleeping on my side. I liked the idea of air flow for breathing without twisting my neck to the side all night. But I couldn't quite get my face comfortable in the notch. And the upward slope of the pillow didn't agree with my lower back.Ultimately I decided to return the item. It was an easy process and refund, so I'm glad I gave it a try.

Poor ergonomic design; difficult to breathe; hard pillow puts too much pressure on neck.
