Obviously not a new item or at least poorly taken care of
I bought this item as a gift to someone dear to me that loves cooking. I was excited to gift this item. I paid double to price of the cost of this book for the Spanish version as opposed to the English version. However, despite this I received the book today and as you can see it is completely dirty and poorly preserved on both sides with creases along the edges. It has a sticker that marks it as a new item but it definitely does not look like a new item. I am sure the book is as good as they say but I am very disappointed in the quality of what I have received on my end. I am embarrassed to gift this.

Easy to read and use
My mom loves the chef who wrote this book. I didn't even know the book existed in Spanish so when I found this, I was really excited. There wasn't a lot of them left so I hurried right to it. It took about a month to arrive but my mom was so happy with it. Chef Nosrat has such brilliant ideas and it's a very practical read with bits of humor. The illustrations are also entertaining.

Es un libro bastante sencillo de leer, con conceptos simples pero que verdaderamente te ayudan a comprender como es que se consigue un buen platillo, y a poder cocinar con mayor seguridad e intenciónEl trabajo de ilustración que incluye le aporta bastante al estilo relajado en el cual está escrito el libro, y la razón por la cual elegí comprarlo en físicoEs la segunda copia que compro de este libro, la primera siendo la versión en inglés, y ésta segunda en español para regalar a mi madre que batalla con aquel idiomaLa única contra de esta edición, sería el precio superior al que se encuentra comparado con la edición en inglés
