Powerful and Dimmable Antique Brass Floor Lamp Uplighter by Haysoms

Fabulous lamp. Classy looking with the silky smooth antique brass finish. Tall, streamline and elegant with floor foot switch slider for on/off, high/low soft mood lighting. We have high ceilings and this is the only lamp that can shed light but can also be subtle too.Very easy to put together as parts already chain linked to each other, just need tightening up into position, simple as ABC.......only took a few minutes and no tools required except small spanner which came supplied.Very well packaged indeed inside a moulded polystyrene box within a cardboard box. Main package less than 1m tall.Going to order more.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered it first time and the bulb was smashed along with the glass tube that covers the bulb. Rang up for a replacement. They sent a new one straight away only for the glass tube to be chipped again. They don't cushion or wrap the bulb/tube. Just put it in the lamp glass bowl shaped shade. Which scratches the inner surface too. Thought I'd plug it in and see how it was. Amazing brightness. Same as my actual light. Good dimming ability. But the heat that radiated within just a few seconds of being plugged in was insane. Touched it after I shut it off and woah it was really hot to touch. That was 5 seconds. Imagine having it on for a few hours or more. Will be returning this one for a full refund too. Not happy being delivered two and both being damaged.

This was easy to assemble and looks amazing, definitely a good bargain for the price. It's nice for reading under when the main lights are too bright in the early evening and adds extra brightness if the main lights are too dull for whatever reason. The base is also sturdy, making it unlikely to topple over.

Really nice lamp, very sturdy heavy bottom, love the dimmer makes my living room look so cosy also on full brightness it's gives off a clean bright look, only down side is the dimmer makes a continuos buzzing sound when it's not on full brightness it did bother me at first but I'm ok with it now.

Looks fantastic but doesn't work. Needed it for this weekend and the bulb will cost a fortune to replace and without knowing if it works. Sent for a replacement but it'll be a dark weekend now.Added one star as they sent me a replacement bulb. It lasted 2 years but it's just broken and is going on the skip. I think something like this should last at least a few more years if it was built properly.

The floor lamp is lovely and was easy to put together but the bulb does not work.I await a replacement from the original supplier.
