Item is functional but fiddly. The previous incarnation of ibridges are easier and more stable by far. But you cannot get one as yet with an usb-c connection so if you have the latest iPad and want some extra storage or backup then you have to use this. If an iBridge 3 is ever produced with an usb- c connection then I think that this unit will be sidelined even though it cost the best part of £100. As as an afterthought, the battery powering the unit appears non replaceable. How long will it run until the battery fails and you have a non functional unit?

DO NOT BUY the apps required are no longer available on either app stores.The devices wifi features are not accessible without them.I believe Leef company may no longer be trading.Their help desk is closed. Support emails are not answered.

Don’t buy
This is my second ileef product - first stopped working after an update for my phone - upgrade from website didn’t work.The second one works via Bluetooth - worked really well until I deleted some photos to clear the memory and it stopped working altogether. Searched reviews, no support etc. Don’t waste your money, other manufactures do better products.
