All Smart Phones Should Come With This Protector Installed
This is a very nice kit. It not only comes with the smart screen protector, but it comes with an alcohol pad, microfiber cloth and plastic tape to get your screen thoroughly clean and free of any dust particles. I applied the bottom part of the protector first (where the home button is), and laid it down; making sure it was properly lined up. Once I laid the top of the protector down, it magically adhered to the screen with no air bubbles whatsoever. I then applied pressure across the entire protector, but it wasn't even necessary. To say the least, installation was a breeze. The protector does not fully cover the glass. I believe this was by design, and I am happy they designed it like that. I have a cradle (made specifically for the Note 4) that my phone fits in on my bicycle and motorcycle, and the clips on the cradle must be able to attached to the corners and side of the phone. If the protector had covered the entire screen, it would not have been possible for me to use the cradle. In short, the protector covers enough of the screen to properly protect it, but not so much that it interferes with any of the accessories I have for the phone.I highly recommend this protector, as it is as clear as the smart screen, but adds plenty of thickness to the screen to provide added strength.

less than perfect.
I bought this product for my galaxy note 4. This is a top quality screen with a polished finish which enables you to wipe any prints or smudges with one easy wipe. I read the instructions and watched the video and was able to install it perfectly in my first attempt. The only drawback I noticed with the screen is the size is less than perfect, you can clearly notice that the screen is not covered completely on both side. It's quite minor actually and can live with it if you are not a perfectionist. The difference I'd say is 98%. You can clearly notice the screen from the edges because the glue doesn't cover the screen all the way to the edges. So that's why I deducted a star. Overall I am very happy that I bought it and will recommend it to anyone. It sure is a quality product.

Great product and even better customer service!
The product: I love it. It provides me comfort that my valuable Note 4's screen is being protected by a tough layer or tempered glass. Follow the directions and you'll be amazed by how easy it is to install... and marvel when the glass adheres itself magically to your phone's screen. The surface feels smooth and hard, it easily resists scratches and fingerprints, is totally transparent and distortion free, and responds flawlessly to touch and S-pen inputs. The company: As others have noted, intelliARMOR's customer service is next to none. If, like most of us, you have suffered through endless on-hold minutes or countless emails to try to get resolution to an issue, you'll be pleasantly surprised by how it feels to get immediate attention and courtesy from a customer service department. When I received my shipment from Amazon I sent an email to inform them that there was a minor defect on one edge of the glass (a small bit of glass was stuck to it). I received a reply from Adam within the hour apologizing for the inconvenience, and offering to send a replacement. Within the following hour I received tracking information for the replacement shipment which arrived 2 days later. I'm still in awe.Do I recommend this purchase? You bet! In fact, I have just ordered again, this time for my son's Galaxy S5.

I like the quality of the glass
Close... but not quite. I like the quality of the glass. it's very even, thin, smudge-resistant, smooth, and does not interfere with the pen or finger operation. In other words, just as advertised. So what's the problem? There are three issues I have. And these are important.1. The glass is too small. This is the biggest issue, by far. So much so that if I realized the glass was so small, I may not have ordered it. Once I applied the glass properly (more on this later), I realized that it does not cover the entire face of the device. I have about 3mm between the edge of the glass and the bezel. In fact, it's not even wide enough to cover the screen area fully. There is about 0.5-1mm gap on right and left between the edge of the glass and the edge of the screen. When I turn on the screen I see it does in fact cover the active portion of the screen, just. But the gap looks off. The side swipe motion becomes awkward because the finger has to go over the edge of the glass. I understand it can get tricky on top and bottom, but this is just not good. I am sure there is a way to cover the whole face of the device. Why, oh why, intelliARMOR have you made such a potentially great product so mediocre? Please fix it. I get you may not be able to go all around the home button, and I would be ok with a longer cutout going to the bottom. Or on top, only raising one side so the camera and the speaker and the sensors are not covered. Please correct this problem, and I would happily buy another one.2. Application. The instructions are clear. The actual application is easy. Except... getting it positioned right is almost impossible on the first try. There is nothing to guide you. If it did, in fact extent to the edges, the process would be easier. But it does not. Which means that one the first try you are highly likely to get it a little off. Then you have to peel it off (which was easy, by the way), and reposition. I had to do that twice.3. Adhesion. Possibly because I had to reposition the screen (see point 2 above), I have a couple of small areas under the screen that are not fully adhered. I can see tiny bubbles, or adhesive, or whatever it is. I have tried to push these out, to no avail. It's been several days, so it's not drying. Moreover, I the very edges on right and left as well as a small area around the home button seem to be not fully adhered. Again, no way to fix this. I am certain there was no finger contact, no fingerprints, no dust. So this is a product issue, or a repositioning issue.I was inclined to give the product 2 starts because of these issues. However, it is very functional, thin, and works as advertised in other respects. So I chose to recognize those qualities with 3 starts.intelliARMOR, you have my attention. I see you are capable of high quality manufacturing and packaging. Now I hope you can wow me with your responsiveness and address the design flaws I outlined. Thanks.

Excellent product.
Arrived next day. Fantastic quality. It's actually glass, not plastic or a film. Went on flawlessly. Has a dust particle under it the first time but I took it off and removed the dust spec and put it back on perfectly. No buddies at all. It doesn't cover the whole front of the Note 4 as the corners of the phones screen are rounded, but I knew that before purchasing. No issues with the S pen, capacitive buttons or anything. Would purchase again in a heartbeat.

Not a clean fit
It doesn't fit the Note 4 screen properly as it leaves the edges up due to the curved edges of the Note 4 screen. You can clearly see that the edges are not making full contact on all sides. The non glass screens doesn't fare any better. I ended up applying both the glass and non glass screens to endure that I will protect my Note 4 glass.

Easy installation and finger print free!
Update: Screen protector cracked after 3 months. I'll be buying another one. It's actually finger print free! The number of screen protectors that make such claims and fail to live up to it and I have finally found one. On a side note installation is extremely easy and bubble free. Yes halo effect is evident in certain lights, but that's the Note 4 curved glass and not a defect. Highly recommended!
