Folica Heatproof Iron Mat

Daugther got a new wooden vanity as a graduation gift. This mat is just right to lay her straightener on. Saves the wood from being burned. She hasn't tried it for travel, doesn't think she ever will.

I needed a heatproof travel pouch. this specifically states "allow hair appliance to cool completely before storing in pouch"!! It is useless for what I needed it for. Also the elaborate padding and packing was totally unnecessary. No wonder the shipping was so high. This 1/4" thick pad could easily been slipped into a hard or padded envelope, thereby cutting the shipping rate down by 2/3's! I plan to return it!

Got this for Christmas, and it's a thick mat! Looks like it's going to last a long time, and definitely protect my counter tops! Plus, this doubles as a carrying/storage case! Super handy!

It's just what I needed. I would always have to wait for my tools to cool but not anymore. Great for traveling too and no more burning of furniture :D

Pop your hot iron in the pouch, fold it shut and it can go straight into your luggage without any worries about burns or scorching. Plus protects counters from flatirons or other irons that don't have a built in stand.

I love this thing! When I'm done I can just unplug my iron, stick it in the bag and throw it in the cupboard under my sink! Especially love that there's a pocket for the iron and then the cord fits in outside of that. No tangled up mess to deal with!
