Looks good, works good.

Very good quality, and smooth install. I spring for the heavy duty ones, as the smaller ones seemed a bit flimsy. the studs are beefy stainless steel, and the latches are machined well and operate smoothly. It took some finageling to get everything just right, but very much worth it, given my hood cable has been broken for quite a while. You'll need a couple of hole saws to get the job done along with basic tools. Resulted in a very clean look!

Bought these because I was having problems with my hood after getting an aftermarket hood. I've only had them about a month and they are already fading to a greenish color but they hold my hood down so that's really all I care about. There is no instructions on how to install these but you can find instructions on youtube.

Latch works good but faded to bronze after a month I just got lucky it matched my rims

While I do wish these were a bit smaller simply because of the spot they are going on is rather small, they work quite well, and give a clean look.

It was easy to install

Horrible! The bearing and entire unit fell into pieces the second time I tried to open my hood! I bought 2 hole saws, cut big holes in my hood, removed the factory latch, and this fell apart the first week! Ill have to put the fatory system back on, but what do i do about these giant holes? Also, no instructions. Their "tips" image is just screenshots stolen from "hawkeyeSTiguy" on youtube doing an install with the namebrand version of this.

Half way worked for a while. It was a guessing/luck game getting them to actually latch. Then last week, one literally fell apart. Now I've got two large, useless holes in my hood. Don't buy...
